2. What information we process
We only process the information that is necessary for the purpose. We do not process sensitive information about you.
Contact forms
When you write to us via the forms on /kontakt, /kunde/bestil or /kunde/anmodning: name, company, email, phone number and whatever you write in the message, as well as your consent to be contacted.
Customer portal and login
When you log in as a customer: email, name, company, login and session information, and the orders and requests you send via the portal.
Email and phone
When you contact us directly: name, contact details and the content of the correspondence. As a contact person at a customer or supplier, also job title and company details.
Use of the website
Technically necessary data such as IP address, browser, device, time and pages visited. Statistics on the use of the website are only collected if you have given consent.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We only process personal data when we have a lawful basis under Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Answering enquiries and providing quotes
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering into a contract) and (f) (our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries).
Delivering and servicing agreements
Delivery, calibration, mapping, support and the customer portal. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract) and (f) for contact persons at customers and suppliers.
Bookkeeping and legal requirements
Invoicing and retention of accounting records. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation, including the Danish Bookkeeping Act).
Operation, security and language selection
Secure operation of the website, protection against misuse and showing the website in Danish or English based on your country. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
Statistics and marketing
Measuring the use of the website and any marketing via cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), which you can always withdraw.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
4. Recipients and data processors
We never sell personal data. We use a number of suppliers (data processors) who process information on our behalf and on our instructions. Data processing agreements have been entered into with them.
Webflow
Hosting of d-it.dk and receipt of form submissions. Processes, among other things, IP address, server logs and the content of forms.
Memberstack
Login and user accounts in the customer portal. Processes email, name, login details and session data.
Google Tag Manager and, if you give consent, Google Analytics and any advertising services. Processes, among other things, IP address, device information and behaviour on the website.
Country lookup (GeoJS)
If the country lookup via our hosting does not respond, we look up your country via geojs.io. The service receives your IP address and returns only a country code, which we do not store.
Information may also be disclosed to, for example, auditors, advisers or public authorities when necessary to comply with legislation or to establish a legal claim.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of our suppliers, including Webflow, Memberstack and Google, are US companies. Information may therefore be processed outside the EU/EEA.
Transfers only take place on a valid basis: the European Commission's adequacy decision for companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (SCC) with the necessary supplementary measures. You can obtain a copy of the transfer basis by writing to kontakt@d-it.dk.
6. How long we keep data
We do not keep personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
Enquiries
For as long as necessary for the dialogue and no more than 24 months after the last contact, unless a customer relationship is established.
Customers and suppliers
For as long as the cooperation lasts and thereafter for as long as necessary for service, warranty and any legal claims.
Accounting records
5 years from the end of the financial year to which the records relate, in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Customer portal
For as long as your user account is active. You can ask to have the account closed at any time.
Cookies and local storage
As stated in the cookie table in section 9.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have a number of rights. There may be conditions or limitations on these rights.
Access
You can find out what information we process about you and get a copy.
Rectification
You can have inaccurate information about yourself corrected.
Erasure
In certain cases you can have information erased before our normal deletion takes place.
Restriction
In certain cases you can have processing restricted, so that we may only store the information.
Data portability
In certain cases you can receive information you have provided to us yourself in a structured, machine-readable format.
Objection
You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
Withdraw consent
You can always withdraw consent. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before you withdrew it.
Write to kontakt@d-it.dk if you want to exercise your rights. We reply as quickly as possible and within one month at the latest. Read more about your rights at datatilsynet.dk.
8. Security
We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk. These include an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to the website and the customer portal, access control so that only relevant employees have access, and data processing agreements with our suppliers.
If a personal data breach occurs that entails a high risk to you, we will notify you.
10. Give or withdraw consent
You give or refuse consent in the cookie banner when you first visit d-it.dk. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link on the website. Withdrawal applies from that point onwards.
You can also delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you delete website data for d-it.dk, your saved language choice (dit_lang) is also removed. Note that login to the customer portal does not work if you block all cookies.
11. Data in OCEAView
This section applies to our customers and not to visitors to the website.
A monitoring system measures temperature, humidity, CO2 and pressure, and as a rule this is not personal data. However, the system does contain information about who acknowledged an alarm, when, and which user actions have been carried out. This is personal data about your employees.
For that information, the customer is the data controller, and Djurhuus IT is the data processor to the extent that we have access to the system as part of support, service and operation. A data processing agreement is entered into as part of the agreement on delivery and service. Among other things, the agreement describes what information we may process, our access to your installation and how it is logged, where data is stored, sub-processors including DICKSON, and deletion or return on termination.

If you are dissatisfied with our processing, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.datatilsynet.dk. We would, however, like the opportunity to resolve the matter with you first.
