The challenge
A university hospital does not have one store. It has refrigerators on the wards, freezers in laboratories, ULT freezers in research and medicines in the pharmacy. Each unit had its own practice, and the documentation was scattered.
The task was not to monitor more. It was to make it uniform, so a deviation is handled the same way regardless of which department it happens in.
