One zone pair
Measures the pressure difference between two rooms. Used where there is only one transition to keep an eye on, for example a cleanroom and the corridor outside.
What is the single differential pressure sensor, and how does it work?
The principle is the same as in the double sensor: air moves from high to low pressure, and the pressure difference is what determines whether particles are kept out. The difference is the number of channels.
The single sensor measures one zone pair. It is chosen when there is only one transition to document, or when a cascade is already covered and one extra point needs to be measured.

The product in use
The sensor is mounted outside the zone, and the tubes are run to the two rooms. The data logger transmits wirelessly, so the wall does not have to be opened for cables.
Limits and delays are set up according to your qualification, so normal use of the door does not trigger an alarm.

What is the difference between single and double?
The number of channels. The double measures two zone pairs at the same time, the single measures one.
Can we start with the single and expand?
Yes. The system is expanded one measuring point at a time, and new sensors appear in the same dashboard.
Does the wall need to be opened?
No. The data logger sits outside the zone and transmits wirelessly, so there is no cable penetration to document.
