What is the temperature, humidity and CO2 sensor, and how does it work?
The sensor has three measuring elements in the same housing and is small enough for compact incubators. It is fed in through the chamber's access port with a flat cable, so the door still closes tightly, and it is powered from the data logger outside. No extra power is needed inside the chamber.
Because all three values are logged in parallel, a drop in CO2 can be seen in the context of humidity and temperature. That is what makes the difference between seeing a deviation and understanding it.

The product in use
The sensor is placed inside the incubator, typically at the height where the dishes stand, and the cable is routed out through the access port.
The data logger is mounted on the wall next to it, so reading and servicing take place without opening the chamber.

Why not use the incubator's own display?
Because it shows the unit's own measurement and rarely stores it in a way you can document from.
