For your own siren or lamp
A wireless dry contact relay that lets OCEAView trigger a siren or lamp of your own choosing. It is not connected to an alarm system.
What is LoRa Alert Relay, and how does it work?
The relay has two terminals, each of which can be configured as normally open or normally closed. When OCEAView detects a deviation, the relay changes state and closes the circuit to the device it is connected to.
So it is not a connection to an alarm system. The relay switches one device on or off, typically a siren or lamp you already have and want to keep using.

The product in use
It is used when you have a specific siren, lamp or other device you want to keep and trigger from the system. The relay is mounted next to the device and connected to it.
The relay cannot be connected to an alarm or monitoring centre system. If the alarm needs to reach people, it goes through OCEAlert as a call, text message or email.

We do not sell individual parts over the counter. We put the setup together based on what we see on your site and take care of the rest.

What can the relay trigger?
A siren, a lamp or another device with a dry contact input. It is not designed to be connected to an alarm system or a monitoring centre.
Can it be connected to our alarm system?
No. The relay is for triggering a single device, typically a siren you want to keep. Alerts to people go through OCEAlert.
Can it trigger two things?
Yes. There are two terminals that can be configured separately.
